I CRAFT DIGITAL[kleo_gap size=”20px”][kleo_button title=”View my profile” href=”#hello” style=”see-through” size=”lg” el_class=”kleo-scroll-to”]
Hi, my name is Robin Silcock. I am an Events Co-Ordinator, Graphic Artist & Game Developer, focusing on creating engaging environments both virtual and real.[kleo_gap size=”20px”]
I am currently working as a full time Events Co-Ordinator for the National Association of College and University Entrepreneurs, working remotely from Norwich.
I balance my hours between my office in Norwich and the company offices in Shoreditch, making the most of both locations.
Prior to my role as Events Co-Ordinator, I was their Online Community Manager, designing and maintaining their online platforms as well as their student and graduate entrepreneur community.
Alongside my work for NACUE I am also Co-Founder of independent games studio Insert Imagination, where we are committed to creating imaginative interactive experiences for a range of audiences.
A FLEXIBLE[kleo_gap size=”40px”]
I have always thrived working in a team environment, adapting to changes in plans, whilst always keeping track of the end goal.
Before working as an Events Co-Ordinator at NACUE, I helped run the Norwich Gaming Festival in 2014 and 2015 which saw an average of 5,000 visitors a day to The Forum in Norwich City Centre across the 7 day event. The festival aims to celebrate all aspects of creating and playing games, and is completely free and open to the General Public.
Working as an Online Community Manager for an SME included tasks such as content creation and curation, copywriting, website design, forum management and general maintenance of several Wordpress-based sites for the company.
I also create a variety of designed marketing materials for both digital and print distribution for the company using Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator. As well as also creating promotional videos for the company’s online community site, using After Effects.
